As I over look my collection, time not only stops but reverses to the exact moment where the animals life and mine occupied the same space. The meeting wasn't mutually beneficial. My physical being went in its way whereas the animal was relegated to a memory which, in a sense, is timeless for me as long as the mount is done tastefully, remains in good condition, and in a place of honor. The animals reflect my life in a strange sort of way.
